• Number and types of loans — to determine the consolidation structure
• Calculated savings estimate — stored as part of your enquiry record

• To contact you via phone or WhatsApp to share your savings report and available bank offers
• To connect you with our partner banks for loan consolidation, if you choose to proceed
• To improve our calculator accuracy and advisory quality

• Partner banks and NBFCs — only when you express interest in proceeding with a consolidation loan. We share the minimum information required for them to assess your application.
• Service providers — companies that help us operate our platform (database hosting, email services). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Data retention

We retain your enquiry data for up to 2 years from the date of submission, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. Log data is retained for 90 days.
