Important: EMI Saathi is NOT a bank, NBFC, or lender. We do not disburse loans, accept deposits, or hold funds. We are not regulated by the Reserve Bank of India as a lending institution. Any loan offers you receive are from our partner financial institutions, not from EMI Saathi.

When you choose to proceed with a bank, we share your contact information and loan details with our partner financial institution. The resulting loan agreement is entirely between you and the lender. EMI Saathi is not a party to any loan agreement and has no liability in connection with the terms, conditions, or performance of any loan.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EMI Saathi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any loan obtained through our referral. Our maximum liability for any direct damages is limited to ₹1,000.
